This project features a 20’ x 40’ gunite swimming pool with a 20’ negative edge, as well as an automatic safety cover system. The project uses 5 hp of pumps, a total of 8 LED lights, a 400,000 BTU heating system, and a saltwater system, all of which are controlled by the system’s automation system. The patio surrounds a total of 880 sq ft. It’s finished with imported sandstone travertine, which is bordered with a 14” bluestone coping and border stone.
