Although this project is built 12 feet above grade using pilings and piers, this 14’ x 28’ project packs a lot! Its most impressive feature is its 22’ water-on-water negative edge. The project also features a 6’ x 6’ fully jetted spa, a total of 6 LED lights (2 – 4,000,000), but no heating system.
The 3500 sq ft of decking is the perfect surround for the beachfront personal resort.
