This simple but elegant, timeless rectangular swimming pool and spa is built 30’ above natural grade and takes full advantage of the amazing endless views. The project was built on 35 pilings to support the structure. Because of the village’s strict codes and setbacks, the pool was the first structure built on site. The entire building site (main house, decks, and guest house) was dependent upon the exact, precise location, layout, and elevation of the swimming pool and spa!

The pool features an 18’ negative edge with a custom-built stainless steel gutter system with underground surge tanks due to the lack of space. A spa that features 24 therapeutic jets and four LED underwater lights. The project is fully automated and features salt water.
